• Installing/troubleshooting various compute, storage, network, and security services in cloud
• Manage AWS Console, Azure Admin, Google cloud operations
• Manage Data Lake, storage, Devops, SecDevOps
• Log management, Audit Trails, Capacity and Performance Management

(2) Incident Management Analyst  (Job Ref IMA)

Candidate should have knowledge of Network, Application layers, Middle ware, APIs, SSL, SSH, Protocols and services, Active Directory, ITIL, ITSM, SOC, SIEM tools. Role includes

• Manage and Comply on Incidents – Investigate, Diagnose, Record, Communicate
• Interface on Incident Management with IT operations, Cyber Security functions
• Oversee Incident Closure, service restoration within agreed SLA, deep details of RCA
• Monitor Alerts and Incident trackers – Firewall, WAF, Logs review, SOC / SIEM alerts
